Assessment Centre instructions
Log in
When you log in, you have the option to login using your email address, or your Provider Portal account.
Email Address: Your email address must match the email address where you received the invitation.
Provider Portal Account: If you have 2-factor authentication set up, you will be prompted to complete this step too.
Getting Setup
Select your Workspace
Select the Workspace you want to use, then go to your Dashboard to setup your Assessment Centre account.
Dashboard
From your Dashboard you are able to change your settings, create templates, add new clients, and create new assessments, etc.
Settings
Go to the Settings tab to change your Display Name, Reply-To and Notification settings.
Templates
Go to the Templates tab to set up templates that you use frequently.
- Click the Add Template button.
- Give the template an Assessment Protocol Name
- Select which instruments you want to include in your template
- Click Save
Add A Client
We recommend assigning assessments to a client to maintain accurate records.
From you Dashboard, click the Add a Client button.
Complete the form with the necessary client information and either select Save or Save & Create Assessment

If you clicked Save you can create an assessment later. When you are ready, go to your Dashboard, and select either:

If you select Create from one of your templates, the page will be auto-populated >>> |
From here, you can either send it to your client to complete in their own time, or simply spin your laptop around for the client to access the test during their appointment. Once the client has completed the tests, the scoring will arrive on your dashboard.
Click on View Results and you can either view them on your screen, download a PDF report or Print it.
